We are onboarding properties intentionally during early access. Each operator we bring in gets hands-on setup and direct contact with the team. This will open up over time. Today, we keep it small so the experience stays great.

You get a beta-signup link, create your account, and our onboarding team walks you through property details, room and bed configuration, rate plans, channel connections, and your first test booking. Most properties complete basic setup in under 10 minutes.

Yes. We support data migration from major PMS platforms (Cloudbeds, Mews, Sirvoy, Little Hotelier, Front Desk Master, RoomRaccoon, and others). Guest records, bookings, room configurations, rate plans, and historical data come over. Our team helps you through the process.

Not at all. bsynqed is designed for hospitality staff, not technicians. Every feature follows the principle of intuitive without training. Info icons explain non-obvious fields, and our onboarding team walks your team through every workflow.

Four tiers, all per-property monthly: Indie €25, Growth €99, Premium €199, Network from €299 per property (for chains and properties over 130 beds). Single fixed price per property. No per-bed math. Full pricing on bsynqed.com/pricing.

Indie includes PMS core, Direct Booking, Channel Manager, Staff Chat (3 users), mobile app, and basic reports. Growth adds POS, Tours, Events, and 15 users. Premium adds Workflow Automation, Wellness, HR, Scheduling, Apple Watch app, and unlimited users. Network adds multi-property dashboards, dedicated success manager, and SLA.

Per-bed pricing punishes growth. As you fill seasonal beds you'd pay more even when you're not earning more. One fixed monthly price per property keeps your math simple as you scale. The Network tier handles chains with per-property bands for fair value across property sizes.

New hostel, under 6 months old, up to 50 beds: get 6 months of bsynqed free. After 6 months you roll into Indie at €25 per month. No credit card to start. We support new hostels because the industry rises together.

No. Zero setup fees on any tier. Zero onboarding fees. Zero data migration fees. Transparent pricing with no hidden costs, always.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate charges. No penalties, no lock-in contracts.

Major credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Bank transfer is available for annual plans. PayPal is also supported. All payments are processed securely with PCI-DSS compliance.

Yes. The Network tier serves chains with volume discounts at 6+, 16+, and 31+ properties. Annual billing saves an additional 2 months. Multi-year contracts get further discounts. Talk to us for a chain quote.

Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation. You can export all your data at any time. After 90 days, data is securely deleted per GDPR. No cancellation fees, no lock-in.

Yes, on Network tier. Cross-property views, cascading settings, consolidated reporting, and granular role-based permissions. Owners see all locations from a single dashboard. Staff see only their assigned property.

Yes. A customizable booking widget that embeds on your website. Guests book directly with you, no OTA commission. The booking engine supports real-time availability, multiple rate plans, add-ons, and instant confirmation.

Yes, on Growth tier and above. Built-in point of sale for your bar, cafe, restaurant, or shop. Integrated with guest folios so charges post directly to the room bill. Supports multiple payment methods, split bills, and inventory tracking.

Yes, on Premium tier and above. The HR and Scheduling modules cover schedules, attendance tracking, leave management, and recruitment. Staff can view schedules, submit leave requests, and clock in or out via the mobile app.

Yes. Kay, our AI assistant, helps your team handle common guest questions, drafts responses, and learns from your knowledge base. Multiple languages supported. Kay is currently rolling out across customers.

On servers in Germany (EU). Your data is GDPR-compliant by default. No data transfers outside the EU. German hosting gives you strong data protection laws and reliable infrastructure.

Yes. bsynqed is built GDPR-native from day one. EU-stored data, right to erasure, consent management, data portability, and privacy-by-design architecture. We don't sell or share your data with third parties.

Automated daily backups with 30-day retention. Geo-redundant storage so your data survives any single point of failure. You can also export your data at any time for your own backup.

Yes. Two-factor authentication is available for all users and recommended for admin and owner accounts. We support authenticator apps for secure, phishing-resistant verification.

Only users you invite, with the roles you assign. bsynqed has granular role-based permissions: from system owner to receptionist to housekeeping. Every action is logged in an audit trail. No bsynqed employee accesses your data without explicit authorization.

Yes. Full data erasure as required by GDPR. You can export your data first, then request account deletion. All personal data, bookings, and property information are permanently removed within 30 days.

HostelWorld (certified), Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, and Google Hotel are live. Eurostar (train tickets sold through your property) is in progress. More OTAs and travel partners coming. All managed from one operator dashboard.

Stripe is our primary processor, supporting credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local payment methods across 40+ countries. PayPal is also connected. All transactions are PCI-DSS compliant.

Email is built in. Automated guest communications: booking confirmations, pre-arrival info, post-stay surveys, and marketing campaigns. We use Brevo for email delivery.

Yes. bsynqed has a REST API for custom integrations. Detailed documentation will be available soon. Contact us if you need early API access for specific integration requirements.

Yes. Revenue reports, transaction histories, and invoice data export in standard formats compatible with major accounting tools (Xero, QuickBooks, and others). Custom integrations available on Network tier.

Yes. We provide guided migration support on all paid tiers. Our team helps you map your data, validate the import, and verify everything transferred correctly. We've migrated properties from Cloudbeds, Mews, and other major PMS platforms.

Guest records, bookings (current and historical), room and bed configurations, rate plans, staff accounts, and financial data. We support CSV, JSON, and direct API imports from supported platforms.

Typically 1 to 3 days depending on data volume and complexity. Small properties (under 50 beds) usually complete migration in a single day. We run parallel operations so your current PMS stays live during migration.

Yes. Migration support is included on all paid tiers at no extra cost. Our team walks you through every step: data export from your current system, import validation, and post-migration verification.

Yes. Operators migrating from Cloudbeds, Mews, Sirvoy, Little Hotelier, RoomRaccoon, or Front Desk Master get the first 2 months free as a migration credit.

Any device with a modern web browser and internet connection. No software installation required. bsynqed runs entirely in the cloud. For the best experience, we recommend Chrome or Firefox on a device with at least 4GB RAM.

Core features work offline via PWA technology. You can view bookings, check in guests, and access essential data without internet. Changes sync automatically when connectivity is restored.

33 languages including English, Arabic, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Greek, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, and more. The entire interface, including help content and notifications, is translated. RTL languages (Arabic) are fully supported.

Continuous deployment. New features and improvements release regularly without downtime. All updates are automatic. You always have the latest version without any action required on your end.
