How to create a booking
Navigate to Reservations, click New Booking, select dates, room type, and bed. Fill in guest details and confirm.
How to check in a guest
Find the booking in Today's Arrivals, verify guest identity, assign bed if not pre-assigned, collect payment, and click Check In.
How to check out a guest
Open the active booking, review any outstanding charges, process final payment, and click Check Out to free the bed.
How to set up room types and beds
Go to Settings > Rooms, create room types (dorm, private, suite), then add individual beds with names and amenities.
How to create rate plans
Navigate to Rates > Rate Plans, click New, set a name, base price, occupancy rules, and date restrictions.
